  • We respond to inquiries during office hours (9:00 AM—4:00 PM JST, except for Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese national holidays, New Year holidays, and summer holidays). In an emergency situation, such as accidental ingestion of cosmetics, please call the following phone numbers for consultation.
